I am a mental health counsellor with over 6 years experience working with different ages ranging from children through to adults in providing for clients a safe and healthy place to share their struggles and challenges and enable a client to help themselves with self healing using a range of different techniques and modules.
A great step in starting your path to 'feeling better' is reaching out so thanks for that.
We will try in our work together to help you make informed choices and help you to help yourself get a better understanding of what path you would like to take. I will also try provide you with a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings. I like to focus on strength based therapies and CBT but my approach is flexible to what works best with you.

 I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
