Clients can cancel their booked sessions 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Late Cancellation

No refund will be issued if a client cancels within 48 hours of the session. Tranqbay keeps the entire fee and pays the provider their expected earnings.

No-Show Policy

No refund will be issued if a client does not show up for a session. Tranqbay keeps the entire fee and pays the provider their expected earnings. Clients must indicate a no-show within 48 hours of the missed session, or they will not be able to claim it in the future

Rescheduling Policy

Early Rescheduling

Clients can reschedule their sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Clients can pick another available time slot on the provider's calendar.

Late Rescheduling

Reschedules made within 48 hours of the session require the provider's confirmation before the reschedule can be completed.

Refund Policy

Full Refund

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus 5% processing fee. The refunded amount will be credited to the client's Tranqbay wallet.

Clients will be fully refunded without deducting a processing fee if the provider does not attend the session. The refund will be credited to the client's Tranqbay wallet.

No Refund

No refund is given for cancellations made within 48 hours of a booked session. Tranqbay keeps the entire fee and pays the provider the expected earnings.

Partial Refund

Refunds will be processed immediately and credited to the client's Tranqbay wallet. The processing fee for cancellations is 5% of the session cost.
