I support people facing work-related stress and burnout, panic attacks, low self-esteem, body image concerns, and struggles with self-worth or identity. I also have experience working with survivors of abuse, clients managing ADHD, and those adjusting to parenting or caregiving roles.
In our sessions, I integrate nervous system regulation tools, evidence-based psychoeducation, and tailored worksheets to help clients build resilience and self-acceptance. I meet clients where they are, whether they are seeking immediate coping strategies or deeper exploration of patterns shaped by past experiences.
