I have over a decades experience of working as a Psychotherapist with diverse adults, adolescents and young teenagers with the following issues: sexual abuse and violence, trauma, vicarious trauma, childhood adverse experiences, depression, anxiety, flashbacks, grooming, domestic abuse and violence, family issues, relationship issues, work-related issues, BPD, loss, grief, cultural issues, self-esteem and low confidence, self-harm, suicidal ideation, post-trauma symptoms. As a Psychotherapist & Clinical supervisor I employ various techniques and theoretical knowledge which I am trained in to create a safe environment where individuals can feel heard and understood. I facilitate and formulate treatment plans collaboratively with my clients ensuring individual suitability. My training includes: CBT, Psychodynamic, Person-centred, Gestalt, IFS, Inner Child therapies. Additionally, I am certified in Somatic therapies, certified as an advanced EFT practitioner, and have a Masters in Psychology and also provide Clinical supervision for therapists in the UK.
