Registered Psychotherapist
Welcome!
Turning inward can feel like stepping into the unknown. It takes courage to meet yourself with honesty and care, and I applaud you for taking this meaningful step. Though the path may be tender at times, you won’t be walking alone. I will be beside you, holding space as you find your way.
I support children, youth, adults and families navigating complex trauma, grief & bereavement, family conflicts, LGBTQ+ issues, cross-cultural challenges, depression, and anxiety. I believe the goal of therapy is to rediscover and tell your story, connect with your healing resources, reclaim your sense of self, and feel grounded again.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I listen just as closely to the language of the body. Through embodied approaches such as Drama Therapy and EMDR, I create a safe and creative space to support you in moving forward without carrying the trauma all alone. Together, we work toward self-compassion and autonomy. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute initial consultation.
