About
’m a bilingual Portuguese-English psychotherapist with more than 24 years of clinical experience working in both the UK and Portugal. My career began in the NHS and progressed to senior leadership posts, including creating the Targeted Mental Health in Schools (TaMHS) programme as Clinical Lead for CAMHS at NELFT and heading Child Psychotherapy & Clinical Management at ASD Learning in London. Today I split my time between a thriving private online all around Europe and the U.S. and delivering online psychotherapy, risk assessments and care plans for Oliva Health in the UK.
My clinical work spans neurodevelopmental assessment, Applied Behaviour Analysis and the design of multidisciplinary services for children, adolescents, adults and families. I’m committed to trauma-informed, collaborative care that upholds equity, confidentiality and informed consent.
Academically, I hold an 1sty in Child, Adolescent & Family Psychotherapy, an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychotherapy (Children & Adolescents) and I’m completing an MSc in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College London. I’m an Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and The Applied Neuroscience Association, and I supervise and mentor fellow clinicians.
Across all settings, I focus on strategic service design, rigorous quality assurance and compassionate, outcome-focused therapy that empowers clients and the professionals who support them.
