I’m Daniel Jaeger, a BACP registered psychotherapist working with adults who want more than just a space to talk. My approach is calm, structured, and focused on helping you understand what is actually driving your difficulties and how real change happens.
Many of the people I work with feel stuck despite trying to think their way through things. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, ADHD, low mood, or ongoing patterns in relationships or self-esteem, we work together to identify what may be maintaining the difficulty and what needs to shift.
My work is grounded in person centred psychotherapy, but delivered through a clear and focused process. You don’t need to know any theory — I guide you through it in a practical way so you leave sessions with clarity, direction, and something you can apply in your day to day life.
Clients often describe therapy with me as helping them finally make sense of what’s been going on, and feel more in control of themselves and their decisions.
If you’re looking for therapy that is thoughtful, structured, and focused on meaningful change, you’re welcome to get in touch or book a consultation to get started.
