I am a Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist , with over twenty years experience in private practice. I see adults, couples and young people from the age of seventeen. With a vast amount of experience of working with people who are anxious, depressed, stressed , traumatised , or who have relationship issues.

I have developed expertise in working with people who find , that issues from their childhood are impacting upon their adult relationships , they want to find a way to make sense of what happened to them, to find healthy ways to live with themselves and to have more fulfilling relationships . Sometimes people find they keep repeating patterns of behaviour that can be potentially self destructive , that they form relationships that are ultimately unhealthy and potentially harmful , seeing me gives them the opportunity to learn about themselves , can give them insight into their behaviour ,to stop repeating those patterns of behaviour , and gives them the chance to help themselves live more emotionally healthy lives.
