BACP Senior Accredited and BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor / Psychotherapist (incorporating CBT, Humanistic-Existential and Psychodynamic approaches) with an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling and a BSc Hons in Psychology. I have been delivering therapeutic interventions since 2002, the majority of my work has been with anxiety, bereavement, substance use, trauma, and work related stress.
