I believe everyone has the right to live the life they want to live; my passion is helping people work through their challenges and be able to live a life they love.
I use a person-centred approach to counselling, allowing me to work with my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and help them make sense of these, even when it this feels impossible to do so.
It is so powerful to give someone a safe space and ask them 'how are you feeling?'. I am always amazed by the amount of people that finish their first session and are surprised by how much better they feel from talking.
