I am a counsellor and therapist with years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, children, teenagers, and groups through life's challenges. I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Guidance and Counselling and am deeply passionate about helping people improve their mental health, strengthen their relationships, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational concerns. My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, addiction recovery, anger management, conflict resolution, relationship challenges, couples counselling, family dynamics, and emotional wellbeing.
My professional training and certifications in Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches enable me to provide comprehensive support tailored to each client's needs.
