I bring years of experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma and post-trauma, substance use, anger management, conflict resolution, family challenges, marriage and couples counselling, separation and divorce, chronic and terminal illness, grief, and bereavement.
I have had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds—immigrants and refugees, youth, street-involved individuals, those living with poverty, and members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. These experiences have helped me develop a flexible and inclusive approach to counselling, allowing me to honour each client’s unique values, perspectives, and lived experiences.
It is an honour to walk alongside the people I work with. Every client who chooses to share their most personal thoughts and emotions teaches me something meaningful. I consider counselling to be a collaborative journey—one that benefits me as profoundly as it does those I support.
