As a counselling psychologist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and unlock their full potential. I offer a holistic, client-centred approach to mental health and well-being, providing support across a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, stress management, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.

My practice is built on creating a safe, respectful, and compassionate space where clients can openly explore their inner experiences. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor interventions that meet each person’s unique needs and goals. Whether working with individuals, couples, or groups, my focus is on empowering clients to achieve emotional balance, gain deeper self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and foster personal growth.
