Miss Jennica Campbell

Hi, I’m Jennica—a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who believes in the healing power of connection, empathy, and being truly seen and heard. I’ve always been curious about people—why we feel the way we do, what shapes our choices, and how we grow through life’s ups and downs. That curiosity turned into a calling to support others with compassion, understanding, and care.

I studied at The Vancouver College of Counsellor Training. I have been practicing for a counsellor for Two Years, and I now work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to each person. I use a mix of talk therapy, creative tools like art-based methods, and proven techniques like CBT and DBT to support emotional healing and personal growth.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore what’s going on in your life—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, and work together toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.

To recharge, I love spending time in nature—hiking, camping, and discovering new places. I also enjoy curling up with a good book, traveling to new spots, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
