About Judy
Your Journey to Healing and Growth
Reaching out for therapy can take courage. Whether you are going through a difficult season, feeling stuck, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, you do not have to figure it all out on your own.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with a genuine, trusting relationship. My role is not to judge you or tell you who you should be. I am here to listen, understand, and walk alongside you as you explore what is happening in your life and discover what can help you move forward.
I have had the privilege of supporting people across the lifespan, from children to Elders. Every person brings their own story, strengths, and challenges, so I take the time to understand you and tailor our work to your individual needs and goals.
A Safe Space to Be Yourself
Therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are, without having everything figured out. I strive to create a warm, respectful, and supportive space where you feel heard and accepted. Together, we can work through challenges, make sense of difficult emotions, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.
My approach draws on evidence-based methods while recognizing that therapy is about more than techniques. It is about connection, collaboration, and finding what genuinely works for you.
Why I Do This Work
I am continually inspired by the courage it takes to ask for help and make meaningful changes. It is a privilege to support clients as they discover their strengths and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
Taking the first step toward therapy does not mean something is wrong with you—it means you are choosing to invest in yourself. You do not have to navigate your journey alone. I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
