With over 10 years of experience, I specialise in helping individuals overcome specific mental health issues such as Substance Use Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Work-Life Challenges, Marital Conflict.

I embrace the realm of Clinical Psychology as my core vocation, finding my heart tied to its profound facets. Yet, there exists within me a captivating curiosity for Information Technology. My interest in Clinical Psychology was sparked by my own journey of personal change, which motivated me to make a sanctuary where you can explore your deepest thoughts and feelings while being guided by empathy rather than criticism.
