I specialise in helping individuals work through the lasting effects of difficult relationships and emotional experiences—especially those that may have left you feeling unseen, confused, or questioning your worth. Emotional wounds aren’t always obvious, but they can shape how we relate to others and ourselves in deep, lasting ways.
Maybe you grew up in an environment where your feelings weren’t fully acknowledged. You may have learned to stay small, hide parts of yourself, or take care of others while neglecting your own needs. These early patterns can lead to people-pleasing, self-doubt, or a sense of being “too much” or “not enough.”
In therapy, I offer a warm, affirming space to explore these inner dynamics at your own pace. I take an integrative approach, drawing from several modalities—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST)—to support your unique journey. We’ll work collaboratively to understand what you’ve been carrying and how you can begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.
I also have both personal and professional experience supporting neurodivergent clients, and I’m committed to providing a neurodiversity-affirming space. Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating sensory overwhelm, or working through experiences of masking or burnout, therapy with me honors who you are—without pathologizing your differences.
You don’t have to hold it all together on your own. Healing begins with being heard—and you’re not alone in this.
