Hello,
I’m Patricia, a Brazilian psychotherapist currently based in England, offering sessions in both Portuguese and English. I completed both my undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Psychology in Brazil. My practice is grounded in Jungian therapy approach.
In the sessions, I offer a space for attentive listening and thoughtful reflection, encouraging a deeper understanding of emotions, feelings, and patterns that often operate unconsciously. The Jungian approach is centred on this process of self-discovery, fostering greater awareness and personal growth, a journey that unfolds with openness and time.
I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, parenting, family dynamics, life-long trauma, as well as matters related to immigration and adjusting to different cultural contexts.
